Surviving in Japan

I had to take my daughter some place and while waiting for her I started to walk around a bit.
I seldom visit that part of the city and was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful quiet Japanese park right inside the city.
There are the most gorgeous trees and flowers as well as lots of birds and squirrels.
I promised myself to visit this place more often.

For about one month now I have been walking, twice a week for about an hour.
I am sure it is good for me but I would love to see some change in my weight or otherwise.

It's been really cold here, the city I live in is rather famous for its bad weather.
But finally some warmer days have passed and plants are starting to awake. I love the colors !

Wow, my problem might be solved.
I downloaded a new app for my iPhone and am trying it as we speak.
