PostHeaderIcon Banana diet

Have you ever heard of it ? It was a big hit in Japan about 2 or 3 years ago.
It went so far that bananas were sold out everywhere and prices went up.
Well, I need to lose a bit and decided to try it, the banana diet.
It says a banana in the morning with a glass of water. I am failing every day.......lol
I eat that banana, very slowly, I drink that water in small sips and I should be fine until lunch.........should be.
Somehow it`s not enough but I am going to continue, maybe my body will get used to the procedure :)

Aside from the juice that helps you rehydrate from the scourging heat of summer sun, it has also lycopene.

Well Bananas, are a tropical fruit.Eating banana daily,Reduce the risk of Heart attack, reduce depression, Rich potassium levels, Increase the energy.Bananas are the good fruit, for our body.
I like also banana cake and banana shake.Its very good for health.
